Death Anniversary - Rito Borjas

On September 8. 2004 at approximately 7:14 A.M. Harlingen Police Officer
was flagged down by reporting person who reported that they had seen a
deceased person in a wooded area around the 2700 block of W. Lincoln Ave.
The victim, Rito Borjas, was located on a dirt road deceased with multiple gunshot wounds.
