Death Anniversary - Leroy Quesada

On February 18, 2007 at approximately 11:40 P.M. Harlingen Police Department
was dispatched to 2323 E. Tyler Ave Harlingen, TX in reference to a disturbance.
Upon the arrival of Harlingen Police Officers, they noticed a male subject, Leroy Quesada,
on the ground bleeding and unresponsive. Mr. Quesada had been shot and was transported
to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
