Death Anniversary - Arturo Villarreal

On December 12, 2001, Harlingen Police Department responded to the 100 block of East Adams Ave. Harlingen, TX
in reference to a disturbance. The reporting person witnessed a fight between four male subjects.
Two of the male subjects were intentionally struck by a 1991 Maroon Ford Explorer.
The victim, Arturo Villarreal was laying in the street with serious injuries to his head. Mr. Villarreal later succumbed to his injuries.
